You select a day on our calendar that works for you. This day requires that you be available (virtually) to quickly answer questions and provide feedback for the day to be a success.
When you schedule your day, we send some homework to help you prepare for the day and gather any assets that might be needed These assets can be content, images, video, URL links, or even processes. Before the design day, a strategy call occurs where we go over the list of items on your to-do list.
On the day of the design, we work closely together. communications are via text, email, telephone, or Zoom depending on the immediate need and at our request.
Often clients find that a full project is unnecessary. Perhaps you've already created part of your website but want to be sure it is finished properly. Maybe you have a website that needs minor updates or fixes. Often clients need technical SEO for their existing website.
In any case, situations like this do not warrant a full project plan the way a new website project would. The Day Rate concept allows the client to control their costs by purchasing our expertise day by day and only as needed. In this manner, projects never get drawn out over time.
