Strategic Analysis

20%

This phase begins with a requirements discussion with the client.  In this session (s) we identify the strategic goals for the organization.  We define the purpose of the website and create an agreement as to our goals.

Further, we identify the functions that we need to meet the site’s goals and further determine how those functions will be met:

  • must they be coded

  • are they native to Wix

  • do we need to integrate applications

  • what if any are the costs of these solutions

The output of this phase determines the general structure of the website, the site map, and the navigational topology of the site.

Wireframing

The purpose of wireframing is to provide structure to the sitemap and its functions much as an architectural drawing provides structure and function to a house or building.  Here we add the site’s organizational design.  We define page structure general asset requirements, links and navigation, titles, and text boxes.  We do not necessarily use the assets that are to be part of the final site.

In addition, we add applications, code CMS’, dynamic pages, interactions, animations, etc., and test all functions.
